NMF-E CREAM
Aloe Vera extract                       10% w/w
Vitamin –E Acetate I.P.              0.5% w/w
In a moisturizing oil in water emulsion base

CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY :

Aloe Vera has a role in increasing capillary blood circulation in dermis, hence skin nutrition of epidermis is improved. Skin elasticity is maintained by collagen. Synthesis of collagen & counter balancing of collagen breakdown is mediated by Aloe Vera through one of its important ingredient, Ascorbic Acid which is known to promote ribosomes to synthesize collagen. Aloe Vera also has anti-inflammatory action and anti-pruritic action which plays a role in relieving the itchy skin conditions associated with dryness. Vitamin E maintains health & integrity of skin. Vitamin E has been used as an aid to control dry or chapped skin. Vitamin E has also found application as an aid in the relief of minor skin disorders such as burns, sunburn, and irritated skin. It has antioxidant properties thus protecting the skin.
